CONGRATULATIONS - You're in!🥳

I’m delighted to let you know that your piece/s (in the email sent to you) have been selected for the Halloween Frightfest Exhibition at the Fishing Quarter Gallery 29th Oct–2nd Nov 2025.

 A £10 participation fee is required from each artist to ensure participation in the show. This will go towards the marketing & running of the event. Please pay this by Friday 17th October. If unpaid, it will be assumed you no longer wish to participate and your place will be offered to someone else.

Please drop your work directly to the gallery between 10am – 4pm on either Monday 27th or Tuesday 28th October.  

The gallery will not accept deliveries outside of this time – if you cannot drop off during this time, please contact me directly to arrange an alternative (but please, only if you absolutely have to – I can’t accept everyone’s artwork to my house!)

The show will run daily 10am – 6pm from Wednesday 28th October – Sunday 2nd November 2025 

This event will be ticketed & invite only. All artists are encouraged to attend & offer free tickets to guests via the link below (we’re requesting guests have tickets, simply so we can keep track of numbers & make sure we have enough refreshments etc.

Fancy dress is encouraged but not mandatory – however we will be offering a cash prize for best dressed, as voted for by guests on the night!  🎭 

Collection of unsold will be on Sunday 2nd November between 4pm-8pm. If you cannot collect during this time, please contact to arrange with me beforehand.

All sales are subject to a 10% commission fee + any card transaction fees (1.75%). The aim, as always, is to get your work seen & sold, so we’re taking a smaller commission than other organisers, to ease burden on artists. If you would like to pass this saving on to potential clients and wish to amend your sales price, let me know via sales@bobbydazzles.com

Payments for sold artwork will be made w/c 3rd November 2025

With a relatively short window for promotion, be loud and be proud! Spread the word far and wide and let as many people know as you can about the show. Use hashtag #brightonfrightfest in any Instagram posts.
